About me
Hi, I’m Helen, a mother of two, a hypnotherapist and a domestic abuse worker with a passion for helping others.
I’m here to share the transformative power of Hypnotherapy with as many people as I can.
I’ve spent many years working closely with people who have experienced childhood trauma and abuse. From supporting children in residential care to helping women rebuild their lives after fleeing domestic abuse in a women’s refuge, I’ve seen firsthand the effects of trauma and abuse as well as the resilience of the human spirit.
I also have ADHD, which comes with its own challenges. I’ve been through all the notions that it can bring, managing distractions, staying focused, feelings of overwhelm, as well as not feeling enough… while self-sabotage cheerfully waved from the sidelines. Through my own journey, I’ve discovered how hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for overcoming these challenges: helping with focus, managing emotions, reducing overwhelm, and creating positive habits. This personal experience fuels my understanding and empathy when working with clients facing their own struggles, and how I can help with Hypnotherapy.
I am deeply empathetic and genuinely passionate about guiding others toward positive change. This drive led me to Hypnotherapy, a therapy I believe offers profound, life-changing results. While I have experience with various therapeutic approaches, Hypnotherapy stood out as one of the most effective ways to help people reframe their lives, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting transformation.
With a wide scope and powerful outcomes, Hypnotherapy allows me to combine my experience, empathy, personal insight, and passion to support people in making meaningful, lasting change.
