My approach combines solution-focused psychotherapy, trance work, and neuroscience. This powerful combination enables transformation in your life without requiring years of therapy. I will never give someone an exact number of sessions for a guaranteed outcome, as everyone is different; however, clients often have, on average, between 6–12 weeks of sessions to address what they came to see me for. Many clients notice meaningful changes after their very first session.
