Join us for a magic time meeting your future self in a beautiful yurt at Hope Therapy Hub 32 John Street, Clowne, S43 4LD during a full wellbeing day.
This group session will focus on working with our subconscious using hypnosis/ trance to step into your future self and embodying the woman you are becoming.
This session will be a gentle but empowering flow of; calming the nervous system, neuroscience and explaining why we feel the way we do and how we can rewire our brain to help us move forward. Then into intention setting and future self visualisation hypnosis.
Mats are provided but please bring a cushion and blanket for extra comfort during hypnosis, but this is not essential.
This is not one to miss if you are looking to learn how to improve your wellbeing and move forwards. There will also be a free guided trance sent to you when attending this group that you can take away with you. This will be sent out to your email after the event.
I look forward to see you there!

A 6-week transformational group combining fitness, solution-focused hypnotherapy, trance, and deep relaxation to help people build natural motivation to move their body without pressure, guilt, or burnout.
Over these 6 week sessions the aim is to help people;
Rebuild a positive relationship with movement
Release mental blocks around exercise (fear, shame, all-or-nothing thinking)
Increase motivation, consistency, and self-trust
Feel calmer, more energised, and more connected to their body
Use trance and subconscious work to make exercise feel easier and more natural
This Group Is Perfect For
Busy mums
Burnt-out professionals
People who want to exercise but struggle to start
Those who feel intimidated by gyms
People stuck in stop-start cycles with fitness
Anyone who feels disconnected from their body
This group is professionally led with Saimon Kihwele, a qualified personal fitness trainer covering all movement and exercise, as well as Helen Kihwele, a qualified solution focused hypnotherapist, who will be guiding the hypnosis and relaxation work.
This powerful combination can have you up and moving in no time! There is lots of backed scientific research showing how the mind-body link is vital in exercise. Mental states greatly affect physical performance. Hypnosis taps into this connection, conditioning the mind for physical goals.
A gentle 45-minute weekly online space for busy mums who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or burnt out.

Each session includes gentle guidance, tips and tools to take away, normalising conversation around stress and burnout, and a deeply relaxing hypnotherapy-style trance to help you release tension and feel more grounded.
No experience needed.
Cameras off if you wish.
Sharing is always optional.
Come exactly as you are — and give yourself a minute.
